Thanks for query.
Person performed job in different position and now in retired life. Most of them are staying in City. I do believe they could go own village that could contribute lot for village development. I am not aware about other country but in case of Bangladesh it could serve tremendously. Most probably you know government asked Dr.Younus quit his position MD of Grameen Bank as it is law bind - none could hold the position after age 65.
My idea many other people in our country after retirement age at 65 staying in city. And the environment of city is not healthy due to different vital factor. Under this circumstances all those honorable, learned, experienced person could have mindset to stay in the village that might contribute in our development effort in multidimensional way.
I do believe in some other country it is also possible. Please you could make a general announcement and our different member could put their valuable idea there. Plz let me know update from your part.
