Field Experience: Worked as a Field Officer in PACL Insurance Pvt. Ltd especially in rural areas.

Trainings-

• Community  mobilization for planning and implementation of MGNREGS held during  27-31^st            December by NIRD ( National Institute Of Rural Development)
• Will be attending on formation and financing of SHGs under the guidance of BIRD Lucknow at         14-17 February

Workshops –

• Participated in the three-day Management support workshop on “EMPOWERMENT OF RURAL WOMEN” 2010. Concluding was Presided and distribution of Certificate by Dr. Sarala Gopalan (former secretary to the Government of India, Department of women and child development).
• Participated in half day workshop on Millennium development Goal supported by UCP Sarnet.

Summits - 

• Attended Entrepreneur Summit 2010 organized by TiE Delhi. The main focus was on the problems of Small Medium Entrepreneur, Women Entrepreneur, Angel investors. Dr.Amratyasen, Chanda Kochhar, Kiran Bedi and 30 more renowned personalities attended this summit.

Conferences –

• Attended National conference on “Women Entrepreneurship Challenges and Opportunities” organized by Delhi Management Association at 16^th December, 2010.
• Will be attending National Micro finance Conference in India. 15-16^th March 2011 organized by “SA-DHAN”.

SEMINARS: 

• Will be attending National seminar on Microfinance-Issue and challenges on 21-22 February, Lucknow organized by BIRD.

• Volunteered in TIe Summit – 2010.
