i have developed a classified website named tnagar.info company named royal classifieds i have registered as ssi with govt of tamil nadu & india i hve to register with the registrar of companies further i have to register with the government or not pl guide me

Hi Rajalakshmi

 

At the outset my hearty congratulations for your new venture.  You have mentioned that you have already registered with Directorate of Industries & Commerce and obtained SSI.  

You have not mentioned anything about the constitution of your company.  If it is a Proprietorship or Partnership Firm you need not go to ROC registration.  If it is a Limited Company (Private Limited or Public Limited) then ROC is a must.  If you get in touch with an Auditor, he will be in a position to take care of the Statutory / Legal Formalities of your company.
