At Women’s Initiatives Network, we are pleased to celebrate this special year 2011 with our local partner, Gulu Women Dairy Farmers Association by initiating a 100 Cows Community Dairy Farm in Gulu that will empower 1400 Women Farmers and their families in Gulu District and surrounding in strengthening their cooperatives and access to profitable business venture.

At this very particular occasion, the GWDFA will receive PUM Netherlands Senior Expert‘s training and advices in Herd Health Management from March 8th-19th, 2011.

PUM Netherlands Senior Experts are retired managers and experts who assist and coach businesses and institutions that require specialist know-how but do not have access to it in their own environments. The consultants are independent and do their work as volunteers; in other words, they do not receive a fee for their services.(www.pum.nl)
