Housing Microfinance - Is it profitable?

We are looking to introduce HMF to our portfolio. The ticket size is bigger and will help the ENR grow rapidly. Deep passion for MF product management (retail assets and liabilities) and channel development. Launched 'Savings' and 'Secured lending for individuals' at Khushhalibank Limited. Portfolio ENR stands at Rs. 6.68 million in less than 90 days.

Helped grow micro-savings deposits from scracth to PKR 350 million in a short span of13 months. Launched Western Union Money Transfer Service at Khushhalibank; the first initiative of its kind by any MFB in Pakistan.
