About Me

I Social Worker by profession (Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration) from Uganda Christian University-Mukono. I worked in norhtern Uganda for the last four years in the areas of early childhood development and economic empowerment - majorly promoting Village Savings and Loan Methodology, Income Generating Activities with business skills training among others.

Describe your interests in development

I am very much intersted in develoment for the poorest of the poor. And very passionate on the VSL methodology/savings group. It is simple, affordable, accessable and sustainable by the very poor. It also instills in them the culture of savings, promotes the spirit of people working for their own development as oppose to hand out, which instead leads to dependency syndrome. Through strong will and application of some development approaches such as VSL.
