Welcome Miguel Raimilla the new executive director for telecentre.org foundation

On 18th January 2010 Dr. Basheerhamad Shadrach (shaddy) was appointed as the first executive director of the new telecentre.org foundation.  On the 3rd of march 2010 telecntre.org turnover took place from the start-up program, housed at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) in Canada, to an independent, non-profit organization, based in the Philippines as telecntre.org foundation. On the 3rd June 2011 dr. shaddy stepped down.
