develop proper Successor for own success

Failure to develop proper Successor for holding Younus’s position by three decade proved his big failure in his life – Painful!

I do believe gentleman should obey the national and international law and Dr. Younus should. This is unfortunate he failed to develop some personnel who could uphold his position or able to run the bank more dynamic way. None should think that she/he is indispensable for particular position. This is unfair, unwanted.

If we desire position for him up to the last breathe than what’s wrong with other staff to accept retirement? Being crazy for position Dr. Younus proved he is same to political leader who likes occupy power in anyway to earn money. He is such a talent man and could contribute in multiple way to meet the global need, other than micro-credit. The present chaos means Younus humiliating his position.

I don’t believe that Tensions going on for political comments - this is one sort of  mis-interpretation that could humiliate his position. Finally expert must agree that failure to develop desired person for holding his position by three decade proved his big failure in his life.
